hasLayout.net is a project run solely by me, Zoffix Znet, and I am also the author of all the tutorials on the site.
Originally I am from Russia, but now I am residing in Canada.
The idea for this site came to me back when I was helping people out on IRC and seeing how many different sites are out there and how many of them do not explain a lot of the code they use, effectively provoking their users to just copy/paste and "forget it" never knowing how the bug works and what exactly is done to fix it.
On hasLayout.net I've tried to describe my opinions and views on how each bug is triggered and what exactly is fixing it. The solutions were not meant to be copy/pasted to the dot, but rather understood and the newly found knowledge applied by authors to their websites.
